The Blue Whale Bubbling Ultrasonic Cleaner is equipped with a bubbler. Bypassing the compressed air or steam into the liquid, the bubbler - a kind of agitator - bubbles up and leads to agitation. Thus, it can thoroughly clean the workpieces.
The bubbler is usually made of a pipe with a diameter of 25 ~ 50 mm. The lower part of the bubbler is bent into a ring or a rectangle. The bubbler is placed on the bottom of the bubbler. The top of the pipe is welded to death, while the bending part on the bottom is drilled with small holes of Φ3 ~ 6 mm, in order to allow more than the pipe resistance and liquid column resistance of the Compressed air into the liquid.
