The sonic cleaning machine heats the solution for two reasons:
1. Ultrasonic transducer produces heat
When the sonic cleaning machine is in operation, the Ultrasonic transducer installed at the bottom of the cleaning tank body will generate heat during continuous high-frequency vibration. It is increasing the temperature of the solution in the cleaning tank.
2. Ultrasonic cavitation produces high temperature
In the process of ultrasonic cleaning, the effect of ultrasonic cavitation can produce high temperatures locally. The effect of ultrasonic cavitation is that the microbubbles in the cleaning solution will increase rapidly and burst suddenly under the vibration of the ultrasonic wave. It will produce a shock wave and local high temperature at the moment of bubble rupture. When tens of thousands of micro-bubbles in the cleaning tank burst at the same time, and under the action of ultrasonic persistence, the temperature of the cleaning liquid will gradually increase.
