Product Details:
Ultrasonic vibration plate generally customized according to the customer’s tank and specifications, practical, suitable for many occasions, can be made according to the size of the tank. Ultrasonic vibration board external sealing material, usually used 2.0MMSUS304 stainless steel, can also be used SUS316L stainless steel production. The vibration plate is electroplated with chromium to prolong the service life of the product. The application principle of the ultrasonic vibration plate is that the high-frequency oscillation signal from the ultrasonic generator is transformed into high-frequency mechanical oscillation and transmitted to the medium, the ultrasonic wave in the cleaning solvent radiates forward in the cleaning liquid, which makes the liquid flow and produces tens of thousands of micro-bubbles. The micro-bubbles (cavitation nuclei) in the liquid vibrate under the action of sound field, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubble grows rapidly, then suddenly closes, creating a shock wave when the bubble closes, creating thousands of atmospheric pressures around it, destroying the insoluble dirt and dispersing it into the cleaning solution, when the group particles are covered with oil and stick to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified and the solid particles are detached, thus achieving the goal of cleaning the surface of the cleaning part.
